Our Account # 000016461. Philip Prosperi. On my current statement you show a balance due of 85.32. That is incorrect. I made a payment of 63.99 on August 14, 2023. Your customer representative said you never received it. I have bank proof you not only got but issued a confirmation number JR368622. I will try to send the printout.

Trying to speak to someone who can actually help me is impossible! Their customer service is terrible and they do not value the customer. They only have call center representatives and it is like they are a secret service if you want to actually communicate with anyone above the call center.

They never transferred service to new owner when I sold my house. I have been calling every month, 2 to 3 times, since September 2021 and told the new owner never contacted them. I spoke with the new owner and she sent me multiple emails to AWHR requesting transfer, AWHR NEVER responded. Last straw, they sent me to collections for the cost of the water heater. BBB contacted.

EXTREME dissatisfaction with AWHR Water Heater Rental Service

Let me start with the basics: 11 months ago I began as an office manager with a rental property company. This includes processing for bills for payment.

AWHR is the company our local plumbing service uses for rental units. We have had no issues with the softeners, however, EVERY month at least 4 hours are spent trying to get billing issues resolved. It seems no matter how you contact them, what attitude you go into it with, our issues is never fixed and is now getting worse.

Regardless of what level employee you speak to, you are told they have it handled or treated beyond rudely! Upon review this dang company has like an *** - - BBB rating

Not getting my reimbursement

On 4/19/21 and 4/21/21 had service on my furnace and told I would get reimbursed. Sent the invoice as told to by mail and emails and as of today, 10/1/21 have not gotten reimbursement. Customer service denies getting the MANY invoice I have sent.

I have e-mailed Customer service and mailed documents four times to get reimbersement due me. I have made MANY phone calls with no results. Every month AWHR takes my money,Do but they don't honor the contract we have. I have notified BBB about this matter. AWHR should not be in business.

I have called customer service many times about my account 000042091. I was told I would get reimbursed for my $991.97 payment to Petro Home Services on May 3, 2021. I also called about getting my old furnace replaced because it is leaking water from the bottom. I was told someone would get back to me on both matters but NOTHING. I have been making payments for YEARS. Please take responsibility for the contract .

They credited my account back and finally took the water heater back..

I pulled the rental water heater out of my house mid October called to cancel term they told me I couldn't cancel till bill was paid but I magically can't pay over phone and I can't log into my account on the computer because even though the heater has been in this house for 20 years they can't find my account... Finally get it figured out, call early November told cancel is on I should be getting a call from someone guess what it's December and the damn thing is still on my porch call again guess what I got freaking charged another month, and they never processed my cancellation.. they can't transfer you to some who can do something only email people.. I'm calling this the biggest scam!

Trying to close account

I have talked to these people once back in February or March notifying them of a death of a customer and requesting they close account and pickup their appliances. Now I am in the process of selling the house and they send a bill for rental since I believe February. I have called twice trying to pay the bill and get the account closed. They say they cannot take payments over the phone and will send me a link to be able to pay and that will start the process of closing the account. Don't know why that wasn't revealed to me in February??? But fast forward I have now called twice and am still waiting for the link to be sent to me.

Don't use them

I had a water heater installed in November. I set up ACH for the 16th of the month. Payment was never taken out, I never received a bill. I called and was told my first bill would be mailed in December. I received a bill in mid Decembet dated Dec 3rd saying my first bill was due 1/16/20 and not to remit payment as I am set up for Direct Pay. So yesterday 1/8/20 I receive a bill dated 1/4/20 saying I owe a past due of $23.26 and it shows $46.52 total due. I called today 1/9/20 and the customer service representatives had no clue what was going on. He looked into my account and said it looked as if they tried to take the money on my account both on 12/3/19 and on 1/3/20 so they asked for payment today though technically I am not past due as the first bill shows a due date of 1/16/20. I did make a payment over the phone with a representative for the $23.26 now I'm nervous they will keep hitting my account but I won't get credited.
